We want you and your dog to love your ALEMA order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

Contact us first

Before sending anything back, please email us at support@alemadogs.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and photos of the item. In most cases we can find a solution quickly, without you having to ship the item back.

If a return is needed

We will send you the return address and instructions by email.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know by email and issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
